Post-listing Advisory Manager France

Key accountabilities: The Post-Listing Advisory Manager for France is the key contact person of customers (listed companies' executives), supporting their investor relations roadmap and facilitating their life as a listed company on Euronext Paris:

- Support the preparation, definition and execution of the deployment strategy, creating and establishing productive, collaborative, and trustful relationships with Euronext’s stakeholders, prospects and influencers
- Contribute to the business development effort by supporting the local commercial intensity through a strong relation with the Euronext Corporate Services team: identifying key accounts, leading prospects meetings with prepared advisory pitches, raising the local ecosystem’s awareness for advisory services (producing sectorial presentations, participating/leading dedicated events, interacting with the local ecosystem, etc ) and reporting activities in a CRM tool
- Deliver advisory support and analytics for clients accordingly with quality and commitment standards of the Advisory & IR Solutions team
- Monitor clients’ investors relations activity (share capital evolution, investors’ CRM management, road books) and producing clients periodic market updates and listing reports
- Produce and present Shareholder Analysis Reports based on client feedback/market trends and help build client relationships/develop reference accounts
- Understand institutional shareholding movements and provide intelligence on investor behaviour + expectations (company / sector / peers)
- Be responsible for client engagement and loyalty, creating and establishing productive, collaborative and trustful relationships in high quality standards of missions’ delivery
- Participate in the evolution of the services’ content by identifying clients’ needs and fostering cross-selling of Advisory & IR Solutions, serving Shareholder Analysis clients, promoting IR.Manager and of other Corporate Services solutions

**Profile**:
. 5 to 7 years of experience in capital markets, either on the corporate (IR) side or on the financing side (investment banks, brokers, asset managers), with proven management capability and C-level network
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and leadership capabilities, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills
- Able both to work with strong autonomy and to teamwork with diverse stakeholders
- Results-driven
- Proactive mindset and out-of-the-box thinking
- Fluent in French and English; Italian and Dutch are a plus
