Elle intervient principalement sur le segment du small & mid-cap. Le bureau parisien regroupe plus de 30 professionnels de la banque d'affaires et réalise une trentaine d’opérations par an sur le segment des transactions small et mid-caps et du conseil en financement. Elle compte parmi ses clients les principaux fonds de private equity et de grands groupes français et internationaux. **Description du poste**: La personne recherchée travaillera sur des missions concrètes et sera impliquée tout au long des processus de M&A et de financement, de la phase d’origination au closing des transactions, et notamment: - ** Présentation des sociétés **:étude de marché, analyse stratégique, recherche d’acquéreurs, recherche de cibles, etc. - ** Evaluation d’entreprises **:analyse des comparables boursiers, analyse des transactions comparables, analyse DCF, LBO, etc. - ** Participation aux phases d’exécution **:rédaction de Mémorandum d’Information, préparation de Management Présentation, préparation et suivi de Data Room électronique, etc. **Profil recherché**: La personne doit faire preuve d’autonomie, de dynamisme, d’une grande rigueur et d’une bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse.
