As an M&A Associate at Matin Partners, you will:
1. Contribute to Deal Crafting:

- Generate and manage outbound deal flow.
- Develop qualitative, thorough, and compelling teasers.
- Assist in the creation of comprehensive investment memos.
- Participate in detailed financial analysis.
- Support the development of post-merger strategies.
- Manage and facilitate data rooms.

2. Help Matin Become a European Business Leader in Cybersecurity & Al:

- Conduct in-depth sector and technological research on the Cybersecurity & Al markets.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends.
- Engage with the tech community by participating in industry events.

Your Profile:

- **Are Financially Savvy**: You have a strong grasp of financial concepts and can easily make sense of any balance sheet with an experience of 2+ years in finance.
- **Are Technologically Curious**: You have a deep interest in new technologies, start-ups, and the evolving tech landscape. Especially Cyber and Al. You already have used Al to enhance your work capacity and know about the dynamics of the sector.
- **Are Collaborative and Entrepreneurial**:
You are a proactive team player with a passion for driving innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
