**Specialisé(e) en PECVD**

Vos responsabilités

En qualité d’Ingénieur (Docteur) dans le domaine des dépôts de couches, vous travaillerez avec nos équipes R&D
et techniques. Vous serez entre autres responsable de:

- Réaliser des études et des développements de procédés plasma sous vide ;
- Mettre au point des process de couches minces ;
- Assurer le transfert vers les équipements industriels ;
- Participer au développement et à la mise au point des réacteurs plasmas ;
- Réaliser une activité de veille technologique sur les thématiques abordées ;
- Contribuer à l’élaboration et à la mise à jour de documents techniques (rapports, propriété

intellectuelle, )

Pour ces tâches vous serez assisté de nos Ingénieurs et Docteurs en R&D.
Le caractère international de nos activités, nécessitera quelques déplacements en France et à l’international.

Profil recherché (H/F)
- Formation Bac +5 minimum de type école d'Ingénieur, génie des matériaux, sciences et techniques,

physique, doctorat en physique des plasmas, en chimie des matériaux...
- Vous avez une expérience significative dans le domaine du PECVD (venant de l’industrie ou du milieu

universitaire).
- Vous êtes volontaire, dynamique, organisé, persévérant et créatif
- Nos clients étant en partie à l’étranger, la maîtrise de l’anglais est souhaitée
