**Job Purpose**

As a Product Agile Transformation Officer, you will support the scaled agile transformation across GO, overseeing the entire program to ensure seamless coordination of multiple streams.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and managing dependencies, fostering a strong product culture, and driving maturity in agile practices.
You will champion the development of learning paths, upskilling initiatives, and community engagement for Product Owners and Product Managers.
Additionally, you will support the implementation of scalable agile practices aligned with corporate governance, tools, and processes, collaborating closely with agile coaches to continuously evolve our agile playbook.

**Expected skills & experience**

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
**Experience**
- Several years of experience in agile transformations, ideally within large organizations or at scale.
- Background in product management, agile coaching, or transformation roles.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with executive leadership to align agile initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance considerations in an agile environment.

**Technical skills**
- Proven experience in agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or similar) and scaled agile transformations.
- Strong understanding of product management, product lifecycle, and value streams.
- Experience with agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and agile reporting.
- Ability to design and implement learning programs, communities of practice, and upskilling initiatives.
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, and organizational change management in an agile context.
- Capable of identifying dependencies and managing complex program portfolios.
