Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product organization. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving our product vision, scaling our platform, and unifying multiple modules into a seamless, scalable solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS product leadership and a deep understanding of agile product management best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

  • Lead platform unification efforts, integrating multiple modules into a cohesive and scalable solution.

  • Drive agile/product management best practices to enhance efficiency and product development.

  • Scale and mentor high-performing product and engineering teams.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure market-leading product innovation and execution.

  • Oversee UX improvements and automation of quality processes to enhance customer experience.

  • Support M&A initiatives and drive product integration in the construction tech space.

  • Maintain a strong market presence and keep up with industry trends to drive continuous innovation.

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of product leadership experience (ideally at CPO level).

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS product management.

  • Experience in platform unification and integrating multiple modules into a scalable solution.

  • Strong strategic vision with the ability to execute at an operational level.

  • Expertise in agile methodologies and product management best practices.

  • Experience scaling engineering and product teams.

  • Fluency in French.

  • Ability to work from our Paris office at least three days per week.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience leading both single-product and multi-product portfolios.

  • Familiarity with front-end architecture.

  • Background in UX enhancements and quality process automation.

  • Experience in M&A and integration within the construction tech space.
