- We are looking for a Group Leader Sampling in **Argenteuil **(Paris) to lead the sampling activities from production to customer delivery for a specific product or group of products.**Reporting to the Creation Laboratory Manager, you will**:

- Planning
- Help design local production plans and definition of related objectives-based on input provided by other local functions, e.g. Commercial or C&A.
- Build operational plans to meet local Sampling objectives.
- Function management
- Complete assigned production plans based on business objectives, available budgets and production capacity. Lead sampling planning activity in absence of Production planner.
- Manage logistics, supply, and stock of (raw) materials for production of assigned sample products as well as in
- and out-bound shipping requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to identify productivity improvement areas whether regarding e.g. processes, production equipment, systems, machinery maintenance or safety.
- Provide input to the Manager Sampling regarding operations costs and production feasibility.
- Remove bottlenecks during sample production process.
- Monitor compliance with work safety regulations and deploy communication and training initiatives to address shortcomings.
- Adapt production processes to ensure that samples are complying with consumer health and safety regulations.
- Accomplish the annual operating plan within approved budget.
- People management
- Oversee the execution of annual human resources processes within the assigned Sampling team and validate related results.
- Work with the local Sampling management and HR Business Partner(s) in developing a local talent pipeline.
- Identify and recommend development and promotion actions for identified talents.

**You?**
- 2 to 4 years of experience in production with exposure to supply chain planning, quality or materials management.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in people management.
- Proficient in product industrialization.
- Good understanding of business process/system redesign and Manufacturing ERP.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts (e.g. CAPEX, COGs).
