All of this supports us in our mission to power the world’s marketers with trusted and impactful advertising. **The Product Operations team: Your team ** The Product Operations team is composed of 5 senior project and program managers who support the Product teams to build our vision, strategy, and roadmap, with 3 main responsibilities: 1. Providing Strategic Support - Providing a cross functional support to CPO, Product and Go-To-Market Leaders - enabling Strategy definition, aligning Teams and Programs with Product Strategy, and ensuring Top-Management Reporting - Defining and guiding the implementation of our Product Operating Model - (Organizational structure, Governance, Roles and Resp, Staffing etc.) 2. Managing our Roadmap Planning and Execution framework - Own and coordinate our end-to-end Roadmap planning and execution processes across Product, RnD and Go-To-Market teams - Own and drive Roadmap governance and prioritization process, monitoring, and reporting framework 3. Ensuring a dedicated PMO for Product and Go-To-Market Leaders - Ensure a dedicated PMO within a given Team - Product or Go-To-Market - Kick off and accelerate strategic initiatives - defining goals, structure and process, governance, team, planning, dependencies, and risks. **What you'll do** - Support the Senior Project and Program Managers to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects - Build Product Management best-practices to support the planning and delivery of new features - Map existing processes, challenges, and plan solutions - Lead the reporting of our Product Roadmap execution to the Product and R&D teams - Support cross-team and transversal initiatives to increase collaboration - Your project management skillset will allow you to operate continuously in project mode (scoping, planning, implementing, and monitoring your initiatives) while dealing with long-term missions - Your agility and versatility allow you to deliver value through different types of missions including tooling, business audits, Product standard frameworks, and knowledge management **Tools you will use** - PowerPoint - Confluence - Jira **Who you are** - A great thinker/problem-solver/facilitator with good organization and communication skills - A good writer able to explain complex topics in a simple way - Relationship oriented, great at collaborating with different types of stakeholders - Open mindset and willingness to learn - Proactive with motivation to propose and drive ideas & projects independent of your assigned tasks - Experience working in Product Development is a plus but not mandatory - Fluent in English.
