**Les missions**
**Les clés de votre succès**
- Stratégie commerciale Manpower Engineering: Identifiez les opportunités de recrutement en CDI / CDD, intérim et management de transition et définissez une stratégie pour ouvrir de nouveaux comptes et devenir le Business Partner de référence pour nos Clients.
- Management : vous êtes entouré de hauts potentiels animez, accompagnez, évaluez et développez les compétences et l’expertise métier de vos collaborateurs dans un objectif de performance business,
- Gestion d’un centre de profit : garantissez la santé financière de votre Business Unit en développant notre part de marché.

**Le profil**
Diplômé de l'enseignement supérieur en Commerce ou en Ressources Humaines ou une expérience avérée dans le domaine.
La connaissance accrue du marché des RH et du recrutement est indispensable. Une expérience en cabinet est un atout.

Salaire : à partir de 40 000,00€ par an
