Our Digital Transformation Division is looking for a **Project Management Officer** to start working directly within our **Data Platform Organization** in our **Bercy site** in **Paris, France**.

The **Data Platform** **Organization** at Forvia is a key player in our ongoing strategic transformation into a “Digital Enterprise” and plays a major role in guaranteeing the service and support that ensures our business succeeds in our fast-moving world.

**Data Platform** **Organization** is a fast-growing team in charge of providing advanced data solutions for all parts of the Forvia group including manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and all support functions as purchasing, finance, etc. as well as for smart product development for the automotive industry.

**The essential responsibilities and duties**

The Project Management Officer will be part of the Data Platform team, working on several projects for all functions, from e.g., purchasing to engineering and manufacturing, to create value by e.g., increasing productivity, reducing risk. Inside these streams, she/he will be responsible for defining the project governance framework, planning, and managing resources for each project. He will also help streamlining the processes and ensuring the delivery of the ongoing projects inside the organization. Additionally, the PMO will support the top management on special projects. Driving those individually as a project lead in close collaboration with the Data Program team.

**Your main missions**

Primary responsibilities include:

- Effective resource planning
- Track projects progress and ensure the reporting to senior management
- Report progress and escalate high level issues to the Head of Data platform
- Handle impediments and external support required for the teams
- Anticipate load, recruitment and staffing with HR
- Perform project follow-up meeting directly with Product owners/Stream Leaders
- Support the top management on special projects as a project lead

**Your profile**
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of industrial processes and business challenges
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in industrial & automotive topics
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in international teams
