Nivoda is looking for an Account Manager to join our Commercial team. As the face of our business with our customers you will be accountable for the successful delivery of Nivoda’s value proposition account growth and retention. Working with our clients to build strong commercial and stakeholder relationships. Ensuring Nivoda exceeds clients' expectations while delivering growth and value that helps our customers deliver excellence to their customers.

Nivoda is a young and energetic global team headquartered in London with offices in Mumbai, New York, Hong Kong and Amsterdam.

**What you'll do**:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across your client portfolio and book of business
- Strategically aligning with your clients to understand short-term and longer-term strategic opportunities
- Managing and coordinating account risks and general account management
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding account targets
- Gathering and understanding client requirements to work in conjunction with our operational teams
- Support in the development of appropriate skills, knowledge and experience to maximise account development opportunities.
- Managing commercials through the procurement process, managing and coordinating against SLAs and OKRs set out by Nivoda
- Supporting Business Development Managers across the sales cycle from nurture to conversion, e.g. sometimes attending business meetings, supporting commercial technical and compliance queries.
**What you'll need**:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management within the Jewellery or luxury goods B2B industry.
- A detailed understanding of Account Management in a similar technology environment, SaaS, PaaS, Marketplace.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience working with remote teams would be an advantage.
- Excellent numerical skills and aptitude in looking for trends, and coming up with and sourcing solutions.
- Accurate and detail-oriented, especially with CRM data and task management, experience using Hubspot as a CRM is highly desirable.
- Clear and concise communicator with a commercial edge and high aptitude for development and insights.
- A good level of technical understanding with demonstrable experience working with varied software, tools and CRMs.
- Fluent English Speaker and fluent German or French Speaker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for building customer relationships and network
