Advanced Accelerator Applications Molecular Imaging a été créée en décembre 2022 en tant qu’activité distincte d’Advanced Accelerator Applications, société Novartis. Fondée en 2002, spin-off du CERN, elle axe son développement sur la fabrication de thérapies ciblées (RLT) et de radioligands destinés à l’imagerie de précision en oncologie. La société fait partie du groupe Novartis depuis 2018.

Notre mission est d’aider à sauver des vies grâce à un diagnostic de précision précoce de maladies parfois rares. L’imagerie moléculaire est une technologie de diagnostic capable d’identifier une maladie à ses premiers stades et de déterminer l’emplacement exact d’une tumeur, souvent avant l’apparition des symptômes ou des anomalies peuvent être détectées avec d’autres tests diagnostiques.

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement temporaire, nous recherchons un OT Support Specialist, qui sera basé à Saint-Genis-Pouilly (01).

OT Support Specialist is accountable of providing support to operational technology system in order to ensure manufacturing reliability.

OT Support specialist is responsible of problem solving, new installation, setting and qualification of the production equipment in the Molecular Imaging platform.

OT Support Specialist report to with functional reporting to TOQIT Site SPoC for AAA Europe RLT and MI sites.

OT Support Specialist will have a regular touch point with the Functional Manager in order to highlight the needs and suggestions coming from the local country divisions and evaluate the changes in order to follow the Global Standard.

Major activities:
Coordinate Prod activities following in agreement with guidance from the managers.
Interact with the staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issue.
Replace Production Hardware parts as required.
Perform first-level help desk activities for the resolution of hardware and software problems with management of support requests independently.
Report problems outside of your competence to second level support.
Use the IT tools of the help desk activity and willingness to learn new implementing technologies, proposing possible improvements.
Management of support requests with hardware/software production 24/7.
Install, configure and manage computers with Windows client for Prod environment.

Exigences du rôle:
Diploma or Degrees in IT Science
English and French

OT Support Specialist must have good technical knowledge to enable quick problem understanding and be solution oriented.

OT Support Specialist must be able to communicate with main stakeholders and be user-oriented.
