Le poste et les missions ?- Accompagnement des agents Customer Care dans la gestion des demandes qualité spécifiques (analyse, retour client)- Pilotage de la réclamation client (support investigation et réponse au client)- Support au traitement des dérogations (suivi et rédaction de la demande client)- Mise en place de mesures d'amélioration continue au sein de la cellule qualité Customer Care
Ce que nous allons aimer chez vous:
Vous préparez une Licence ou un Master en relation client/commerciale.
Vous avez une première expérience du monde de l’entreprise et êtes orienté(e) satisfaction Clients. Vous êtes à la recherche d'une expérience terrain vous permettant d'apprendre et de valider vos acquis.
La maîtrise de Microsoft Office est nécessaire (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et la maitrise de l'anglais est requise.

L'organisation, la rigueur et la polyvalence sont vos principales qualités. Vous avez un excellent relationnel, êtes à l'aise pour travailler en équipe.
