In this role, you will be our “Talent Ambassador” and promote Zimmer Biomet brand and our passion to alleviate pain and improve people’s quality of life

This position is part of a diverse team that operates regionally and reports to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for the Cluster. There will be a great potential for growth, and development with a wide scope of responsibilities.

**How You Create Impact**:

- Be the trusted advisor on recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools
- Manage end to end recruitment processes in your cluster for all position levels
- Partner with multiple stakeholders to create the best recruitment strategy for their open vacancies and discuss possible challenges
- Promote Zimmer Biomet as employer of choice and champion our “best & Preferred place to work” initiative
- Partner with Hiring Managers and to encourage hiring diverse talent and support our internal mobility through providing excellent experience for our internal talent
- Ensure compliance with local Laws and regulations and Internal ZB processes and policies

- Expertise in sourcing strategy, talent attraction, selection methods
- Experience in relationship building, exposure to key business stakeholders
- Experience in matrix multinational matrix organization or healthcare sector is an advantage
