- Electronic Signature: digitization and automation of signing processes

**What you will do at Signaturit**

As a Senior Product Owner, you will take a strategic and hands-on approach to product development, driving the creation of solutions that deliver value to our customers while achieving business objectives.

Your expertise will bridge the gap between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring seamless communication, clear priorities, and measurable outcomes.

**1. Strategic Product Vision Development**:

- Define and articulate the long-term vision and strategy for the product, aligning with organizational goals.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, market trends, and customer expectations.
- Develop and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects priorities and delivers measurable outcomes.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.

**2. Backlog Management**:

- Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
- Write detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria to guide the development team effectively.
- Continuously prioritize tasks to balance quick wins with long-term goals, adapting to changing needs.
- Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and understood by all team members and stakeholders.

**3. Collaboration with Teams**:

- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including developers, product designers and product managers.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, encouraging open dialogue and collective problem-solving.
- Provide guidance and support to the development team to remove obstacles and ensure timely delivery.

**4. Performance Tracking and Iteration**:

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Gather user feedback through interviews, surveys, and analytics to inform product decisions.
- Drive iterative improvements by analyzing data and validating solutions through experimentation.
- Present product performance insights and progress updates to stakeholders regularly.

**What we believe should contribute to your success in this context**

Technical Proficiency:

- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and related tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
- Experience in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and writing detailed user stories.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and technical concepts like APIs, databases, and UI/UX design.

Interpersonal Skills:

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on user-centered solutions.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best.

Experience and Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with a track record of managing complex projects.
