**Your Mission**: As a Defense BD & Sales Manager, your mission is to play a pivotal role in the identification, qualification, development, and pursuit of commercial opportunities within the defense sector in designated countries and markets.
On a daily basis, you will:
- Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities in the defense sector.
- Monitor upcoming tenders and propose innovative projects to innovation agencies.
- Promote and sell Look Up Space products and services, lead the development of offers and negotiate deals.
- Support the development of new solutions based on customer needs and requirements.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of the sales strategy.
- Develop the business and implement defined guidelines to maximize revenue.
- Establish and maintain monthly forecasts by territories, providing realistic revenue projections.
- and actively participate in weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
**Your Working Environment**: Join a close-knit team under the guidance of experienced and recognized managers. Your work environment will be dynamic, filled with learning opportunities and challenges. You'll witness the positive impact of your efforts on enhancing the safety and security of space operations. Day-to-day, you'll collaborate with a diverse team, including developers, space experts, data specialists, and end-users, reporting directly to the CCO.
- Skills and Experience:_
- Minimum 8 years of significant experience in a similar role or within the defense industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the French and European defense landscape. APAC & North America a plus.
- Analytical and rigorous approach to business development and sales.
- Strong business acumen with a good understanding of the challenges facing the space industry.
Languages:
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficiency in other languages is highly appreciated.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, emphasizing precision and conciseness.
