You will adapt our global strategy to sector-specific challenges, manage complex sales cycles, and steer the successful deployment of projects with top-tier clients. You will ensure the seamless implementation of our solutions, build strong client relationships, and identify new opportunities for growth. This is a senior role that requires a combination of strong business acumen, partnership building, and sales management with a direct impact on the company’s growth in the B2B space. **Your Mission is in several areas**: **Strategic Sector & Sales Cycle Management** - Adapt the company's global strategy to address the specific needs and challenges of targeted industry sectors. - Identify and address market trends, pain points, and opportunities to ensure sector relevance and competitive advantage. - Oversee complex sales cycles involving C-Level executives. - Map major target groups, identify decision-makers, and key contacts. - Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring smooth, long-term client relationships. **Commercial Negotiations & Solutions**: - Lead commercial negotiations and contractual discussions in coordination with in-house legal and financial teams. - Develop tailored proposals and solutions that align with client objectives. - Collaborate with product teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions (e.g., use cases, custom tools, international deployment strategies). - Ensure the alignment of client needs with product offerings to drive value and satisfaction. **Project & Account Management**: - Lead the onboarding and collaboration with Customer Success Management teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions. - Manage a portfolio of key accounts, establishing KPIs, and conducting regular internal and external progress reviews. - Organize and present workshops and keynotes to CODIR/COMEX audiences, establishing thought leadership and strategic alignment with top executives. **Growth & Innovation**: - Identify new growth opportunities and collaborate with partnership and product teams to develop new solutions that enhance the company’s offerings. - Stay up-to-date on market trends and innovation within the Data & EdTech sector. **About your profile**: - You have 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or account management, ideally in the Data or EdTech sectors. - You have a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles with C-Level clients and successfully closing high-value deals. - You are eager to work collaboratively with the other Industry Managers in the sales team - You have the ability to collaborate with product teams to design technical solutions that meet client needs. - You are capable of adapting global strategies to sector-specific challenges and driving innovation. - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives. - You are fluent in French and English as our teams are international. **Why Join Us?**: - Be part of a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the EdTech revolution. - Lead a talented B2B team and make a direct impact on Le Wagons growth and success. - Work with top-tier clients and C-level executives on transformative projects. **Application process** - Virtual Screening Call in English with Mia, our Global Talent Manager - Interview with the Direct Manager - Case study & debrief with the B2B Leadership Team - Meet the team
