As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-driven data security platform. This position is suited for a seasoned product designer who has proven to build products from zero to one in the past. Our platform transitioning into a new look & feel requires someone who has experience with building and maintaining a design system. Working closely with our exceptional product management and engineering teams, you will be at the forefront of driving significant advancements in our platform's capabilities and overall experience.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead the design of assigned features from initial concept to final execution
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously
- Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for cybersecurity personas
- Conduct design reviews and research, gathering actionable insights that improve the product requirements
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop design solutions that align with the company’s objectives
- Build and manage a new design system gradually, collaborating closely with our development team
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, assisting them in their professional growth and development

**Who You Are**
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping great solutions to your users
- Strong visual designer with a portfolio demonstrating a high level of creativity and innovation
- Excellent documentation skills for your designs and design systems
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of the design process
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with product management, engineering, customer success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for creating innovative solutions that address customer needs
- Strong understanding of data protection, cybersecurity, and AI
- Located in Europe
