The role:
As a Junior Packaging Project Manager, you will be part of the marketing team one of the most international cosmetics brands, which you will support through the process of packaging artworks management - from the understanding of the marketing needs to the artwork final approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Translation of all Marketing needs into specific packaging artwork briefs.
- Artwork Approval Management, including workflow creation, briefing, approval cycle monitoring & progress management and alterations feedback to the production agency.
- Effective and efficient briefing to the artwork/pre-press production team to ensure delivery of technical excellence in artwork/pre-press file construction, execution and supply.
- Engagement with key stakeholders: Marketing, Color&Artwork, plants, Design Agencies, Production Agency, Regulatory.
- Work as a member of the Marketing team to ensure the provision of an industry leading artwork and pre-press service through close collaboration with design and production partners to ensure effective translation of the design vision into print and production reality.
- Attend regular update meetings with key stakeholders.
**Skills**:
- Junior Project Manager (Bac +2 / +3 maximum).
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Packaging Graphic Chain knowledge (Design, Artwork, Prepress).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confident communicating with all levels of personnel.
- High level of accountability with a focused, accurate and timely approach to work.
- French - native speaker.
Advantageous
- Sensitivity to Cosmetics & Marketing
- 1 year experience working within artwork or packaging design environments.
- Comfortable in a Marketing and Business environment
- English - written
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s or master's degree in Marketing, Project management, Packaging design or related fields
