- CBRE Global Workplace Solutions est l'un des principaux fournisseurs mondiaux de services intégrés de gestion des installations et de l'immobilier d'entreprise. Nous recrutons un(e) Quality & Compliance Analyst pour rejoindre l'équipe Q&C France.
- Le Q&C Analyst sera basé sur un des sites du client pour:

- Être le garant de la Qualité CBRE et ses partenaires avec les Q&C Manager du site et avec le Site Manager vis-à-vis du client SANOFI.
- Diriger l’implémentation et le bon respect des requis GxP pour le client sur le site en rapport avec la gamme de services classifiés GxP du site.

En nous rejoignant, vos principales missions seront:

- Piloter l'activité Qualité:

- ? Assurer que les données qualité sont correctement enregistrées et tracées,
- ? Respecter les délais de traitements des réclamations demandés par le client SANOFI (confère QA),
- ? Piloter les investigations permettant de déceler les causes racines et les actions adéquates,
- ? Garantir la réalisation des actions et des mesures d'efficacités définis
- ? dans les temps,
- ? Être en maîtrise de l'ERP Qualité et du Tableau de bord Qualité centralisant les données qualité (extraction de données pour animation),
- ? Centraliser, analyser et partager les déclarations de non-conformités remontées par les équipes CBRE et ses partenaires à SANOFI,
- ? Assurer un service de haute qualité, conforme aux niveaux de service contractuels et aux indicateurs clés de performance.
- Garantir la conformité de la documentation et process CBRE:

- ? Uniformiser l'ensemble des documents (en tête, note de bas de page, marge, typologie de police...),
- ? Créer, enregistrer, valider les documents L4,
- ? Veiller à l'amélioration des Procédures (mise à jour),
- ? Veiller à la conformité de CBRE sur la norme iso 9001.
