**Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Sales Manager**

My client was founded in 2014, with its headquarters in Paris. Their main business includes the development, investment, construction, operation and maintenance of wind power, solar energy and other renewable energy projects, with assets spread across France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden and Senegal. To date, its total investment in Europe and Africa has exceeded 3 billion euros ($3.3 billion), while its total installed capacity now reaches 2.4GW.
My client is looking for individuals from an engineering background and have experience in renewable industry. As a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Sales Manager, you will work with our energy certificates management and trading team. They aim to seek opportunities in the market to optimize the PPA of our windfarms.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Existing Wind Energy Contracts (PPA, etc) Management and Optimization:
- Review existing energy contracts, evaluate their performances, and identify potential risks
- Make market analysis and seek for potential optimization for current PPA contracts
- Follow up market prices and wind farms’ production, make data analysis
Market Strategies Development and Deployment:
- Conceptualise and draft PPAs, especially for commercial terms
- Develop relationships with corporates, aggregators, service providers and traders
- Develop sales strategies for energy certificates in different region e.g. GOs, GC
- Participate in negotiations of PPAs and energy certificates transactions
- Conduct research of market players
Internal Management and Reporting:
- Provide professional insight into PPAs and projects for possible acquisition as well as asset evaluation and risk management
- Coordinate with the finance department to fulfil financing service obligations
- Coordinate with the technical teams to understand the technical abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or similar and relevant disciplines
- At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in energy selling or purchasing
- Successful experiences in PPA contract negotiation and conclusion
- European Energy Exchange (EEX) certificate trader
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen
- Good understanding of the European renewable energy market policies
- Ability to analyse production and market data to evaluate performance
- Proficiency in English and French
