Operators of transportation hubs like airports and train stations but also sport venues, road infrastructures and industrial sites can now access accurate and anonymous Spatial Intelligence data, in order to improve operations and increase user safety and satisfaction.

Our international team of scientists and engineers drive the development of our solutions from Paris, San Francisco, and Sophia-Antipolis (Nice). To support our global outreach, we also operate commercial offices in Belgium, Spain, Hong Kong.

**Position Overview**:
As an IT/IS system administrator, you'll play a crucial role within the company, ensuring compliance in terms of cybersecurity and keeping our IT systems running smoothly.

**What will be your responsibilities?**
- ** Information Security**
- Centralize Information Security Requirements: Manage all security requirements using our auditors' framework.
- Performance Monitoring: Track performance and collaborate with teams to maintain compliance over time.
- Audit Preparation: Ensure compliance with requirements in our auditors, keeping evidence current.
- Audit Coordination: Ensure comprehensive audit preparation. Communicate with auditors to list non-conformities and address them.
- Corrective Action Planning: Work with auditors to develop and implement corrective actions for non-conformities.
- Implement Security Enhancements: Manage changes like laptop encryption, anti-malware, and new policies to streamline future audits.
- IT Asset Access Management: Manage access to IT assets, including SSH keys for Outsight staff.
- ** Information Technology**
- Internal Infrastructure Maintenance: Remotely monitor and update internal hardware.
- Hardware Upgrades: Identify and implement hardware upgrades.
- Cloud Assets Management: Monitor and manage assets in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OVH).
- Antivirus Dashboard Administration: Manage antivirus software and dashboard for company-wide security.
- VPN Configuration: Set up site-to-site VPNs across various locations (Azure, Changi, FFT, etc.).
- Procure IT Equipment: Handle the purchase of new IT assets.
- ** HR / Office Management**
- Laptop Repair/Reinitialization: Train Outsighters on how to maintain and troubleshoot office laptops.
- IT Admin On/Offboarding: Set up IT resources for new hires and revoke access for departures.
- Meeting Room Video Setup Improvements: Optimize video equipment in meeting rooms.

**What are the requirements for the role?**
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in administrating Mac/Linux/Windows.
- Experience of IT administration in industrial organizations with cybersecurity requirements (ISO, TISAX).
- Certification Azure / AWS is needed.
- Strong organization skills.
