We are extending the capabilities of a team that will focus on delivering the digital transformation for the scope of data acquisition and automation (OT/IT) for Industrial sites. Inside the Digital Operations department, the LabPC Service Manager is in charge of preparing, delivering solutions and providing support forIndustrial activities for about 500 Laboratory instruments supervised by LabPCs
Inside this team, we are looking for a Service manager who will:
- Gathering & studying the needs expressed by the GBU plants
- Build and update the related budget
- Arbitrate the requests, regarding the budget & resource availability constraints
- Prepare the technical specifications submitted to the LabPC IT team
- In close relation with the LabPC Team, ensure for the Indus LabPCs the alignment of service components and supporting structure with overall IT service management processes (service catalog, incident management, problem management, service request, knowledge base, change management and new releases, assets and configuration management, service levels management, security and access management
- Define the targets and monitor the service level performances of the service and its contributor
- Ensure the functional & technical knowledge about the service is sustainably maintained within IT Syensqo
- Drive continuous service improvement
- Contribute to build / transformation activities, in particular in ensuring the GBUs have the right level of information, in such areas:
- New technologies knowledge developments and roll out
- Migration activities
- Improve data acquisition security
- Operational Technologie integrations

- Represent the service across all the organization
- Own the end-to-end delivery and performances all along its lifecycle
- Define and document the components of the service and the interactions with other services
- Guarantee compliance
- Arbitration of service evolutions
- Prepare the service security and continuity plans, conduct risk assessment
You will work with:
- Product Managers, other Service Delivery teams and Tech experts
- Product Owners and Business teams to understand the value creation path
