**Overall job description**:
As part of the Safety -V&V prototype teams for development of EV battery cell & modules, manage the deployment of ACC test equipments for R&D facilities and gigaF to be carried out in accordance with the applicable standards and internal ACC requirements with the Quality/Cost/delivery/performance compliancy.

**Main missions**:
**Define/Establish...**
- To define the organization of Bench Eng Lab for all ACC product during development /innovation activities & serial production tests
- To support the global Test Factory organization and standards and deploy applicable processes compliant with IATF/ISO regulations.
- To define the global Test Factory requirements in terms of standards and performances for benches/equipment/tools in term of metrology and maintenance and manage interface with dedicated ACC services or supplier/third party
- To define equipment/tools needed for Test Factory for all lab (Env-Safety / Electrical ) with budget/schedule/processes
- To define with GigaF services and Quality tests benches requirements.
- To define the test equipments specification for RFI/RFQ processes
- To define the SW tools for better efficiency use (automatization tools, news tools integration, supervision & control HMI SW, Test Factory dedicated SW for planification/data storage/exchange between ACC sites and subcontractors)
- To manage the team for equipment deployment in compliancy with ACC HR policy.

- To build and propose the OPEX/CAPEX budget for Test Factory organization
- To build the technical specifications for new bench equipment/tools and support purchase team during the RFQ phases.
- To build with purchase team, with Test Factory manager the choice of equipment suppliers compliant in term of cost/timing/quality and finalize the QCDP KPI for implementation
- Internal guideline & processes for bench equipment/tools/SW deployment and use
- To build the KPI for Excellence Operationnal monitoring /follow-up & reporting to ACC management.
- Build the team growth and people integration.
- To build the equipment deployment team workload and budget during the whole equipment phases with lab experts
- To identify the organization adjustment to be more ACC efficient.
- To evaluate and initiate the Equipment suppliers cooperation/partnership for better efficiency for buy strategy.

**Guarantee**
- The committed budget/schedule/performances for new bench equipment/tools installation & exploitation.
- The commissioning/qualification bench equipment/tools with ACC & supplier.
- The availability of equipment/tools/protocols compliant with other lab users
- The quality and maturity of equipment/tools/protocols for all tests activities
- The external suppliers follow-up during design & commissioning/qualification phases and interfaces with support services (building/HSE/Quality/Maintenance) for a 360° view and req.
- The delivery of test commissioning/qualification/calibration/maintenance/user manual reports compliant with contracts
- To store the data/reports in ACC tools.

**Lead**
- To lead the deployment of applicable standards (SSE, business lines, management, rules of procedure, safety rules, environment, etc.), in order to achieve the objectives of Security/ Motivation/ Quality Cost Lead time and team well being.
- To lead the progress of the workshops under his responsibility for continuous improvement
- To lead the team competencies.
- Is the reference in his field (Bench equipments/tools design and use) of expertise across the company.
- Is responsible for road maps building for his given technology field
- Formalizes the state-of-the-art in his field and recommends improvement actions (standards, processes).
- Manages the technical and/or scientific aspects of the tracking network in Bench Eng field.
- Has regular meeting/visit to research in external suppliers/partners, centers of excellence, in the field of Bench Eng activities.
