**Poste** **:Engineering Manager**.

**Localisation**: Bordeaux.

**Télétravail** : 3 jours par semaine.

**Salaire et Avantages** : 60-70k€ (selon expérience) + RTT + Tickets restaurant + Abonnement sport.

**Stack technique** : Java, Kotlin, Typescript, Jenkins, Terraform, AWS, Docker, Angular.

**LE PROJET**

Nous travaillons à l’élaboration d’une nouvelle plateforme entièrement fromscratch.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Engineering Manager qui nous aidera à construire notre solution de données complexe. Vous rejoindrez une équipe de plus de 20 personnes découpé en 2 équipes et verrez directement l’impact de votre travail en production.

**LES MISSIONS**
- Examiner les besoins et évaluer la faisabilité technique.
- Prioriser les tâches en fonction des objectifs fixés par le responsable de l'ingénierie.
- Approuver les spécifications techniques.
- Élaborer le calendrier et déterminer les ressources nécessaires pour accomplir les tâches.
- Assumer la responsabilité des phases de développement.
- Assurer la fiabilité des développements en effectuant des contrôles réguliers.
- Superviser et garantir la réalisation des objectifs des projets.
- Veiller au respect des bonnes pratiques (tests unitaires, développement piloté par les tests, etc.).

**PROFIL**

**○ Setup Requis**:

- Première expérience en management.
- Bonne communication en Anglais.
- Expérience significative sur des technos web.
- Vous êtes adepte des bonnes pratiques de développement.

**PROCESSUS DE RECRUTEMENT**
- Echange avec le Head of Engineering.
- Rencontre en physique du Head of Product.
- Entretien avec le CEO et le CTO.
