**Job role - GENERIC**
In support from the Head of Technology and Applications takes part in:
- Supporting the Head - T& A and Product Management team for weekly, monthly reports.
- Coordinating with various departments within Motul on behalf of MotulTech for generation of MSDS, PDS, updation of pricing in SAP and supporting the back office requirements.
- Coordination with external agencies for key marketing activities like brochures, pamphlets and marketing material. The key responsibility lies with the respective PM’s to develop and verify the content.
- Release of the internal communications, brochures and pamphlets as and when required with the updated content, with support from Head - T & A.
- Coordinate, with support from Head - T & A, outsourcing of the events and fairs with 3rd party vendors for marketing events from time to time.
- Coordinate with key vendors for the information on update on the latest additives packs and the necessary documentation for possibility to use in our formulations in MWF and Cleaners. The key responsibility lies with the respective PM’s.
- Builds in cooperation with the Head of T&A & R&D, the level of competencies necessary to upgrade self technical and customer facing skills.
