Product Management Director

Le Directeur du Product Management est directement responsable du portefeuille des produits sur le périmètre SEU via l'ensemble des CPO et SPO. Il doit:
- Constituer une équipe performante de gestion de produits constituée des CPO et SPO.
- Encadrer les nouveaux chefs de produit et les chefs de produit juniors et les aider à réussir.
- Gérer les ressources au sein de l'équipe produit pour s'assurer que tous les chefs de produit et tous les produits ont ce dont ils ont besoin.
- Aider les chefs de produit à rester concentrés sur leurs priorités stratégiques et à ne pas se laisser distraire.
- Assurer l'ensemble des actions RH en tant que manager en fonction des obligations attendues ; quelques exemples : Saisie Jira, Standout check in, Performance Pulse, Suivies des formations obligatoires, etc.
- Organiser régulièrement les Team Meetings et partager l'ensemble des informations au sein de l'équipe.
- FonctionnelProduct Management
Le Directeur du Product Management est le garant du déploiement de la Stratégie produit sur l'ensemble du périmètre SEU. Il doit:
- Définir et communiquer la stratégie de l'entreprise en matière de produits.
- Organiser l'alignement entre les différentes initiatives, la stratégie Produit GPT et les budgets alloués.
- Assurer l'intégration dans les roadmaps de toutes les évolutions légales et des engagements client pris par l'organisation GPT.
- Assurer la liaison entre l'équipe produit et les parties prenantes de l'entreprise.
- Garantir et assurer la relation avec nos stakeholders internes et externes (communication, priorisation, etc).
- Contribuer à la communication auprès des stakeholders des informations nécessaires aux déploiement de nos offres.
- Afin de respecter les engagements pris par GPT, faciliter l'intégration des évolutions technologiques dans les priorités définies pour des offres produits Mondiales comme par exemple iHCM, Celergo, DataCloud, etc
- Être le principal correspondant des différents directeurs d'activités rattachés aux GMs de la régions SEU.
- Partager la vision de la roadmap produits lors des rencontres avec nos clients ou nos partenaires.
- Contribuer à l'accélération des migrations pour permettre l'arrêt de maintenance de certains produits.
- Participer et animer la remontée tous les indicateurs sur les projets suivis par ESI ou l'organisation GPT.
- Déployer les OKRs en utilisant les outils choisis par l'organisation GPT.
- Contribuer au déploiement de l'Agilité.
