Process Improvement Lead, Icc

ICC is currently looking an experienced Process Improvement (CI) consultant to make internal operational improvements and lead process reengineering workstreams.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify, plan and execute operational improvement projects.
- Based on identified improvement opportunities, work with various teams to create specific improvement project plans for senior management sponsors/owners, including basic cost-benefit analysis.
- Calculate savings/benefits realized through projects, working with Finance and project sponsors to achieve agreed objectives.
- Lead process documentation, measurement, analysis, re-engineering and controlling efforts. Directly take ownership of some projects, and act as a program manager for others where ICC has available resources
- Ensure all teams are working in consistent ways - e.g. consistency in process documentation, improvements etc
- Facilitate project meetings and improvement workshops
- Effectively communicate with project sponsors/owners, expectations, status and risks, ensure post-implementation benefits are realized.
- Help ICC build continuous improvement capability and culture by providing coaching and support to other project leads. ICC is already in the process of setting up a CI chapter
- you will be expected to help this chapter evolve and increase its CI maturity by coaching teams on various methodologies and tools such as Lean manufacturing, waste reduction, cycle time assessment, value stream analysis and labour utilization etc.

**Requirements**:

- University degree (at least bachelor’s degree)
- An experienced Lean Practitioner with a ‘hands-on’ track record of implementing successful LEAN projects - at least 5 years of CI experience
- Ability to contribute of ICC Enterprise Architecture development
- Ideally has previous experience in manufacturing, production or consulting
- Ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, leveraging the most appropriate analysis and tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills - verbal, written, presenting.
- Ability to work with and influence a wide range of levels in the organization - including C-suite level
- Ability to think and work at a “strategic” level as well as at a “project” level.
- Advanced in English and French
