We are a team of 6 people, 4 of them are based in Gümligen (CH) and two in Schwechat (AT). The team is led by Andreas Frei, as HR Director for Carbagas AG and Air Liquide Austria. The team consists of two HR Business Partners, Sandra Aebi (CH) and Aniko Kondits (AT) Martina Lamster, who is responsible for all matters concerning compensation and benefits for Austria, is based in Schwechat (AT). Lauryne Sonnen supports the team in all administrative tasks and various projects. Ms Jamila Vogt is responsible for communication and corporate branding and supports us in a small amount of time. We all speak fluent German and we all have good English and French skills.

**Missions and Responsibilities**
- You support the HR team in various HR processes & projects and take over the substitution of your team colleagues in case of absence.
- You will be involved in the entire operative HR life cycle process (processing of entries and exits, creation of various documents, certificates and confirmations).
- You will be involved in various group-wide HR projects such as the introduction of Workday, Diversity & Inclusion, employee surveys and employer branding.
- You are a key user of the Talent & Learning Management System, train new managers and are available to employees for enquiries
- You optimize existing training and qualification processes
- Develop new training content in cooperation with the divisions and HR (onboarding, e-learnings, training plans, employee qualifications)

**Competencies and Profile**
- Masters in HR or relevant field
- Very good analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills
- **Good knowledge of German and English**:

- Experienced handling of different IT systems (MS-Office, Google palette), knowledge of Cornerstone and Workday a big advantage
- Good and cultivated interpersonal skills, convincing and winning appearance
- Service-oriented, team player
- Distinct organizational flair, high service awareness, independent and structured way of working

**Additional information** Position based in Schwechat (AT) for an initial period of 12 months, extendable once.**
