The HR Group Project Manager:
- Lead and deliver transversal HR projects, both for HR Operations and HR integrations, to guarantee operational excellence and support our HR transformation to successfully scale-up
- Develop and improve HR processes and systems towards state-of-the art and agile practices, ensuring compliance with Euronext rules
- Strongly contributes to design and implementation of HR systems projects, in close cooperation with our Head of HRIS and 3rd parties with a value-driven and end-user experience centric approach
- Facilitate the HR community and pro-actively support Change Management
Key Accountabilities
- 1. HR Group Project Management
- Design, formalize and monitor project governance and plan to ensure project success and operational excellence in terms of planning, deliverables, quality, being cautious of costs
- Define planning and detailed action plan for each steps of the projects (objectives, priorities, risk mitigation,). Define & monitor KPIs and ensure progresses
- Coordinate stakeholders’ actions
- Ensure coordination across Group specialists and local HR team
- Manage interdependencies with IT and support functions (legal, compliance, finance, procurement,) to ensure secured processes and seamless experience for users
- Prepare and facilitate operational committees (weeklies, project committees, SteerCo,) and minutes risks, decisions and next steps
- As part of your role, you will mainly act on 3 areas
a) HR operations & transformation
- Define, monitor and implement HR transformation roadmap with a focus on employee value proposition
- Lead or contribute to HR projects (examples of on-going projects: Career Framework, HR analytics, e-signature improvement, WorkDay awareness for HRBPs,)
b) HR Integration
- Lead HR stream
- Develop framework and reporting model considering integrations’ specificities
- Raise and monitor risks
c) HR Group reporting (GDPR, risks management, internal control, registration document,)
- Build, update and monitor reporting
- Guarantee compliance and up-to-date policies, processes and data in reports (eg RPO) and tools (eg risks management)
- 2. HR policies, practices and systems
- Propose improvement and simplification actions. Support industrialization and automation
- Coordinate HR processes: performance, onboarding, offboarding,and support HR Group specialists actions: C&B, Talent management, Recruitment,
- Ensure HR processes are correctly implemented and HR systems properly used across Euronext.
- Ensure up-to-date documentation (policies, HR book of process, action cards,).
- 3. HRIS
- You will work in close collaboration with our Group Head of HRIS & payroll.
- Contribute to the definition, implement and monitor the HRIS roadmap
- Propose opportunities for improvements and new potential projects to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Provide support to the local HR teams in their Day-to-day activities, monitor user requests, solve issues
- Document processes and changes
- Support HR Systems integration (define and support migration plan, perform gap analysis on both functional and technical areas, contributes to testing strategy definition,)
- 4. Support change Management and communication
- For all stakeholders: HR/Managers/employees, design and deliver efficient change plans, including communication & trainings (Group intranet roll-out, HR campaigns communication,)
- For HRIS users: define and implement upskilling programs and communication (new HR joiners onboarding, communication and training for managers,). Maintain up-to-date documentation and change management materials
- For acquired company: Design and deliver efficient and inclusive change management and ensure smooth onboarding
- For operational HR: create and facilitate a HR community to strengthen HR Systems harmonization, best practices and impact
- For the HR team: support communication (HR Portal, newsletters,)
Knowledge, Personality, Skills and Experience Required
- Higher professional or university degree in Human resources with a minimum 6-year proven experience in mid-size to major international companies as an HR professional or an HR consultant with project management skills and previous experience with HR Systems (WorkDay is a plus).
- Project management skills: Rigor, synthesis, strong structuration skills. Ability to work in project mode across the organization. Successful track record in drawing up plans, projects, and policies and managing these convincingly.
- Operational skills: ability to deliver projects and processes autonomously with a hands-on approach and to understand operational needs and constraints.
- Communication skills: ability to onboard and mobilize teams on new projects (HR transversal projects, upcoming integrations, change management). Ability to deliver impactful communication.
- Strong HR functional knowledge and understanding of HR challenges
- Excellent command of English and native in one of Euronext loc
