**Job Description** The Role**

Comprising 7 skilled developers, this team is instrumental in bringing our product vision to life while ensuring top-tier reliability and performance.

Deezer is looking for an expert who combines technical brilliance with leadership skills to join our dynamic team. **What You’ll Do**

**Technical Leadership**
- Coach and mentor team members to grow their technical skills.
- Drive architectural improvements and set coding standards.
- Lead technical discussions and advocate best practices.

**Engineering Expertise**
- Optimize data interaction with GraphQL and contribute to our design system.
- Manage deployments and monitor metrics using Kubernetes (K8s) and Jenkins.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure performance, security, and maintainability.

**Community & Collaboration**
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Share knowledge across teams and represent the group in internal communities.

**Qualifications** Must-Haves**
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and design systems.
- Experience with Git, Kubernetes (K8s), and Jenkins.
- Strong problem-solving and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
- Knowledge of microservices and containerization.
