**Job Description**:
We are looking for experienced Software Development Team Leader to join our HPC and Cloud Solutions team
Reporting to the Cloud Platforms Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing and coaching your team, use your technical knowledge of professional concepts to assist in building and support new solutions.
As a Software Development Team Leader, you will be responsible for evaluating elements of technology’s effectiveness through requirements gathering, testing, research and investigation and make recommendations for improvements that result in increased quality and effectiveness. You’ll listen to and evaluate customer needs to determine and provide high quality solutions that align with their expectations. You’ll be required to delegate tasks in an efficient manner for all software development activities to enable development of enhancements and 2nd/3rd line support of web data management solutions.
As an integral member of our HPC team, you will be surrounded by open and collaborative problem-solvers, to maintain our outstanding leadership position for technology and service delivery in the marketplace. Principal accountabilities:
- Maintain and enhance internal e-Learning platform,
- Manage, enhance and build new client systems/portal,
**Qualifications**:
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Minimum of **five years’ experience** in relevant fields,
- ** English and French mandatory**,
- Team Management experience,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Very good understanding of software project management,
- The ability to define, manage project deadlines and to balance workloads across a wide variety of projects,
- Good understanding of web hosting architecture,
- Database Fundamentals: Relational Database Design, SQL Language
**Technical Skills**:
- Java/.NET, SpringBoot, Hibernate, Maven/NuGet, Git
- CSS, REACT, Angular
- Good knowledge of CI/CD process
- Experience on Could Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Microsoft Graph API usage
