**Team**

The PMM team at LumApps is composed of 3 rockstar individuals who each represent distinct product and company scopes, 2 in NORAM, and 1 in EMEA. As PMMs at LumApps we are the face and voice of the product to prospects and customers, and are deeply integrated into the product, marketing, and sales teams.

**Missions**

This role will be responsible for executing LumApps’ global go-to-market strategy as well as creating messaging, content, sales tools, collateral, and targeted marketing programs to drive further awareness of and opportunities for our Intranet Packaged Solution, with a particular focus on targeting large, global enterprises with a diverse workforce.

What you will do:

- Analyze: Analyze the competition and market and present these findings to the sales and customer teams. Analyze market trends and customer data to inform our messaging, buyer personas, and product roadmap. Understand the LumApps product and architecture and its relative strengths, weaknesses, product gaps, and product strategy and roadmap. Play an active role in defining our product strategy and future direction. Educate our product management teams on industry trends and how LumApps can improve product-market fit.
- Produce: Own core content necessary for each campaign, including white papers, reports, website copy, infographics, sales presentations, etc. Continuously monitor how LumApps’ messaging and positioning are resonating with customers, analysts, and other constituencies, and adjust accordingly.
- Enable: Enable and train our sales teams and partners to effectively communicate our messaging, use cases, and differentiators to customers. Provide enablement and direct support to the sales team. Conduct Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings with strategic LumApps customers.
- Communicate: Own the end-to-end release communications process for current customers. LumApps releases on a 6-week cycle. You will be the point person between the development and product teams, and our customers, producing written, and sometimes video, communications.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, and other internal functions to drive our go-to-market strategy. Work cross-functionally with our Marketing team to agree on budgeting, campaign themes, and messaging, content and collateral requirements, and production schedules

**Skills**
- You have earned a four-year college or university degree. An MBA or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- ** You have 4 or more years of progressive experience in product marketing**, or something similar/adjacent (e.g.: pre-sales or intranet manager) at a B2B SaaS company addressing large enterprise customers
- You have experience working collaboratively with marketing, product, sales, and customer teams.
- You are a fast learner, insatiably curious, and adept in both business and technical conversations with people at every level of the organization
- You are creative. You are a constant source of new ideas for how to message, how to market, and how to position LumApps for greater success with our prospective and current customers.
- You are highly analytical. You continuously measure and analyze programmatic outcomes to maximize results and ROI.
- You can multitask effectively and are comfortable with rapid change
- You’re equally adept at thinking strategically and executing tactically
