Bizzdesign is seeking an exceptionally advanced Product Marketing Manager to architect the strategic narrative of our rapidly expanding product ecosystem. Every message that goes to market has strategic impact and the Product Marketing Manager is central to this mission-critical work.The Role – What You’ll DoAs our Product Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic architect behind how our technology is understood, adopted, and valued worldwide. You will partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to define and execute global GTM excellence.Your responsibilities will include:Own global product messaging, positioning, and differentiation for multiple enterprise-grade SaaS solutionsDevelop advanced competitive intelligence and market landscape analyses across regionsArchitect GTM strategies for major releases, multi-product initiatives, and cross-portfolio launchesCreate high-caliber enablement for global Sales teams pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling, ROI toolsTranslate highly technical concepts into compelling business value for C-level audiencesPartner with Product Management to influence roadmap strategy using market data and customer insightsSupport global campaigns with precise, region-specific product messagingPresent to internal leadership, enterprise customers, and external audiencesAnalyze customer behavior, industry shifts, and product performance to refine GTM strategiesEnsure complete global alignment and consistency of all messaging across 19+ countriesAbout You – What You BringYou are a rare combination of strategist, storyteller, analyst, and technical communicator. You work with precision, credibility, and leadership presence.Required experience and capabilities:8–10+ years of Product Marketing experience in enterprise SaaS or highly technical softwareProven success owning GTM for complex, multi-product B2B SaaS platformsFull professional fluency in English, German, French, and Dutch (verbal and written) — all four requiredDeep understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems: integrations, data architecture, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and SaaS deliveryStrong capability in market analysis, segmentation, competitive differentiation, and value engineeringExceptional writing and communication skills for C-level audiencesExperience leading sales enablement in global enterprise environmentsAbility to build compelling narratives out of deeply technical capabilitiesComfort navigating fast-changing environments, complex stakeholder landscapes, and high-pressure deliverablesProficiency with PMM and GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pendo, Productboard, Highspot, etc.)You will:Operate at strategic depth and operational intensity simultaneouslyInfluence product direction without direct authorityTailor messaging across four languages and diverse enterprise marketsRepresent Bizzdesign in front of executives, customers, analysts, and partnersBalance velocity, precision, and complexity — all at onceThis is a role for a top 1% Product Marketing professional who wants to shape the global narrative of a market-leading SaaS platform.
