You join the Coordination of Permanent Control team within the Regulatory Affairs Department of the Natixis General Secretariat. This recently established team is responsible for defining and maintaining coordination between the various departments in order to ensure consistency and effectiveness in the ongoing monitoring of Natixis’ activities.
Your daily tasks include:
- Define and implement a permanent control coordination system;
- Identify, in collaboration with the functions and departments of LOD1 and LOD2, the control system (identification of CPN1.2, and CPN2, mapping, risk assessment methodologies);
- Perform documentation, coordination and monitoring of the control plan;
- Centralise and monitor the implementation of the remediation plan;
- Establish the various reports (to the General Management, through the Coordination Committee for Control Functions and to BPCE).
After a first step that will involve understanding the missions, scope and achievements of the departments performing permanent control functions within the Natixis businesses, you will participate in the development of the general organization of the system, to define its standards and you will follow the progress of the control plans.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

You have a higher education in finance, law or economics and at least 5 years of experience in control functions (internal audit, risk control, compliance, prudential control).
You are proficient:
- The fundamental principles of internal control (identification, mapping, evaluation, control plan, etc.);
- Project management;
- PowerBI.
You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:
- Good critical and analytical thinking;
- Able to interact with all types of interlocutors (LOD1, LOD2) and coordinate projects;
- Comfortable working independently and as a team.
You master English with a C1 level.
