Au sein de la scolarité M2 vous organisez les cours et examens du Master in management. Vous êtes l'interlocutrice des départements d'enseignement et des étudiants pour les cours dont vous avez la

charge. Vous renseignez les étudiants sur leur cursus, vous participez à l'ensemble des activités du service.

**Activités principales**:
Vous êtes en charge:

- De la gestion des cours, des contrôles terminaux et des résultats,
- De la gestion administrative des intervenants et le suivi des heures enseignées,
- Du suivi de certains groupes spécifiques d’étudiants,
- De la gestion administrative de séminaires spécifiques ;
Vous participez à la préparation des comités de suivi pédagogique, des jurys d’attribution du diplôme et de la cérémonie de remise des diplômes ;
Vous informez et conseillez les étudiants du Cycle Master sur le déroulement de leurs études.

**Activités secondaires**:
Vous participez, contribuez, soutenez l’activité de l’ensemble du service et de la direction en fonction des besoins.

Poste basé sur notre campus Parisien : 79 avenue de le République - 75011 PARIS
- Diplômé d’un Bac +3 ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle significative de 3 ans au minimum dans le secteur de la formation dans un contexte interculturel (+50%

étudiants internationaux). Un profil ou une expérience internationale sont un atout pour ce poste.
- Vos capacités d'organisation, votre rigueur, votre sens du service, votre esprit d’équipe seront très appréciés.
- Un intérêt et une aisance dans l’utilisation des outils numériques et système d’information sont indispensables.
- D’excellentes qualités relationnelles, le sens du service client vous assureront de remplir ces missions avec succès.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais et le français, à l’écrit et à l’oral (nombreux échanges avec les étudiants et les collègues dans les deux langues).
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Bases de données).
