**Your Mission**:
En tant que Project Manager, vous serez responsable de la bonne exécution des projets qui vous sont confiés, en interaction avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires:

- Définir et piloter le périmètre de fourniture lors de la réunion de lancement pour assurer des bases solides au projet.
- Gérer les évolutions du périmètre tout au long de l’exécution, en restant à l’écoute des besoins clients et en assurant l’adaptabilité du projet.
- Superviser l’ensemble des activités d’exécution, dans le respect des délais, des coûts et des exigences qualité de Sidel.
- Assurer un suivi quotidien des activités et jalons internes (S&OP, Zones, etc.), en garantissant une communication fluide entre toutes les parties prenantes.
- Contribuer activement à l’optimisation des coûts, en lien avec notre Centre de Production.
- Analyser les risques, établir des plans de mitigation et agir en amont pour éviter les dérives.
- Coordonner les équipes projet, en veillant à la bonne synergie entre les fonctions concernées.
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des actions d’amélioration continue, tant sur les processus que sur la qualité.
- Suivre et remonter les indicateurs clés de performance, tout en valorisant les réussites.

**Your Profile**:
Qualification:
Master ou équivalent (Bac+5) - idéalement en ingénierie, gestion de projet ou domaine technique.

Compétences clés:
Esprit d’analyse et approche terrain
Forte capacité d’adaptation dans un environnement dynamique
Aisance en communication transversale et gestion multi-interlocuteurs
Bonne gestion du multitâche et sens des priorités

Langues:
Anglais : niveau avancé requis (échanges quotidiens à l’international)
La maîtrise d’une seconde langue étrangère est un atout supplémentaire
