**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage complex infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop realistic and achievable project plans, outlining clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee project controlling, monitoring, and risk management to ensure timely delivery and mitigate potential risks.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment across all levels.
- Drive financial management, including budget control, cost estimation, and financial forecasting to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and ensure successful project execution.
- Utilize strong presentation and communication skills to report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage data-centric projects, ensuring that the technical and business requirements are met.
- Contribute insights to projects within the **insurance domain** (if applicable), ensuring the unique industry needs are addressed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 5-7 years in project management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex infrastructure programs.
- **Language**:Fluency in French** is mandatory for effective communication with stakeholders.
- **Expertise in Project Management**: Strong skills in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
- **Financial Management**: Solid understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial oversight.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact with senior executives and external clients.
- **Industry Experience**: Familiarity with managing data-related projects is highly desirable.
- **Insurance Domain Knowledge**: Experience in the insurance sector is a plus but not mandatory.

**Additional Information**:

- **Contract Duration**: 6 months, with a possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.
