**Job title**:Senior Project Engineer **Sector**:Oil & gas **Starting date**:06/01/2025 **Duration**:12 Months **Renewable**: Yes **Location **:Paris - France **Status**:Residential **Language**:Fluent** **English **MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS** The service holder is responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities that could be necessary during the Life of Project and FEED activities up to the close out. **ACTIVITIES** - Compliance and Conduct: - Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding the Company's "Code of Conduct" and HSSE rules and regulations. - Implement HSE rules and requirements within your area of responsibility. - Comply with HSSE training requirements for the position. - Stay informed about Company rules, specifications, and procedures related to QA/QC. - Ensure the effective use of the Project Electronic Documentation Management System (EDMS) and interface with the Contractor's system. - Regularly review and control the quality and consistency of design deliverables from Contractor. - Liaise with all departments, including HSE, QA/QC, Operations, and Commissioning representatives, to ensure the design is safe, operable, flexible, and maintainable. - Prepare the transfer of installations to production teams. - Organize 'lessons learnt' reviews at every step of the project. - Anticipate potential problems and react quickly by reporting to the Project Manager. - Participate in project management weekly and monthly progress meetings. - Identify critical problems/issues and propose corrective actions/solutions as necessary. - Ensure that all project activities are performed in full compliance with contract documents, consistent throughout the project, and in line with project targets (HSE, cost, schedule, quality). - Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met on time. - Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. - Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure the project remains within financial constraints. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other project team members. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. - Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among all project participants. - Ntokon project is a development in OML102 block in Nigeria based on mínimalistic wellhead platform tied-back to Ofon OFP2 CPP via 26km pipelines (1 multiphasic production line, 1 water injection line). **CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT** - Ntokon is an innovation driven Project with Conductor Supported Platform and Zapock pipeline concepts to be rolled out. - FEED will start October 2024 for 5 months; FID is expected end Q1 2025 and first oil Q2 2027 which intends to make Ntokon the flagship of the client capacity to develop resources in mínimal time. - The Ntokon Project will be developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus. Project overall value: 700 MUSD - Package value: CAPEX 450 MUSD (3-4 packages), DRILLEX 250 MUSD - Staff managed (number of personnel): 1 pre-FID - 20+ post FID - Context and environment: Nigeria **QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** - Qualification: Engineer or equivalent - Professional Experience: 10-15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Industry or Construction field - Experience in similar position: +10 yearsBe attentive to the GPI / Project needs and contribute to its process’s improvement. - Be autonomous, proactive and energetic.
