Our company offers a global service to its hotel partners ranging from the development of the sales program to distribution including website development, multilingual customer relationship management through our call centers as well as logistics with our distribution centers based in the USA, France and China.

Your missions for Europe will be as follows:

- **Establishment of procurement plans **by article, forecasts with suppliers according to production needs.
- **Analysis of needs** and **purchase requests.**
- **Orders placing** **and follow-up**, **supplier relaunch **on confirmations and deadlines.
- **Adjust orders** according to the needs of the factory.
- **Negociate contracts** with vendors.
- **Inventory management and optimization** according to the criticality of the articles and the purchasing strategies used in place.
- **Inventory management and analysis.**
- **Update basic purchasing data.**
- **Manage billing**.
- **Ensure quality and delivery times **and **handle logístical disputes**.
- **Prepare supplier appointments** with the Purchasing department.
- **Update dashboards**.
- **Supplier performance analysis**.

**Profile**:

- Experience: Significant experience in the function of **6 years minimum.**
- Training**:Bac +3/4 in the field of Purchasing.**
- Computer**:In-depth knowledge of the Office Pack.**
- Languages**:Good oral and written English.**:

- Others**:Autonomy**, **good communication** and **teamwork skills,** **customer orientation**

Salaire : 28 000,00€ à 35 000,00€ par an
