We are seeking a competent, proactive, and committed individual to take on the role as Sourcing Manager. The Sourcing Manager runs non capital project sourcing processes and is a specialist in tendering, contract negotiations and contract management. The Sourcing Manager ensures that products and services are sourced at competitive total cost and that processes are run in a compliant and efficient manner. The Sourcing Manager will act as a leader in digitalization process to secure gain of scale and process optimization.
**Location**: Paris or Lyon
The slogan of Statkraft Group Procurement is One Procurement and is organized as a business partner role delivering strategic, tactical and operational procurement services to our customers. The department as a whole is responsible for the execution of procurement in large projects and category management in OPEX and CAPEX, as well as being responsible for procurement governance, processes and systems.
Statkraft in France encompasses 2 activities : - Wind & Solar project development and windfarms operation; Market access and Trading/Origination:
Our 35 employees are located in our Paris and Lyon offices.
As a Sourcing Manager working in Group Procurement you will:
- Take a strong responsibility for delivering value through procurement for France.
- Develop sourcing plans to meet internal customer requirements - Analyse the French supply markets to identify sustainable potential suppliers and market trends
- Manage the procurement process from developing the sourcing strategy, prequalification, sending out the request for proposal, negotiations, supplier selection and follow up including supplier assessment
- Identify areas of repeat spend and establishing Framework Agreements.
- Monitor and follow-up of suppliers.
- Analyse procurement spend, supply base and buying behaviour.
- Support internal customers in Paris and Lyon offices.
- Ensure adherence to procurement processes.
- Assist in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) including generation of purchase orders in SAP.
- Roll out procurement training to new starters and hold regular workshops with existing staff
- Support Contract Managers and other country Sourcing Specialists as required
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor / Master’s degree in relevant discipline area or documented experience in the field.
5+ years relevant procurement experience.
Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
Advanced analytical skills
Good IT skills (experience with SAP and Jaegger is an advantage)
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to successfully work, educate and support multiple stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders simultaneously. - Proactive and a quick learner.
Proven track record of high customer satisfaction
