**Description**

The Global Corporate Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) roadmap goals of ensuring minimum standard environmental requirements / controls are implemented across the globe, in our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) corporate offices, Laboratories, and Customer Service (CS) locations; Global Corporate EHS has identified the need to source an Environmental Program Manager, to support the Global Environmental Manager in a wide range of outputs, including but not limited to,
- Management of environmental specific programs integration with GREF Sustainability elements (e.g. Waste management, HVAC Refrigerants, etc.);
- Audit action deep dives and closure;
- Preparation of reports;
- Support environmental content development; and
- Support internal link and implementation alignment between environmental compliance and sustainability objectives, standards and processes

Liaison with EHS, Sustainability, Design and Construction (D&C), Transactions Management (TM), and Integrated Facilities Management (IFM’s) teams, this role has a wide remit to support integration of baseline environmental standards with GREF Sustainability guidelines across global locations with metrics, productivity goals, and process improvements competence requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree (BSc) or higher in an environmental/sustainability or engineering related discipline;
- Analytical skills and detail-oriented while also seeing and understanding the big picture;
- Understanding of essential/relevant Corporate Environmental legislation, and interpretation of global regulations;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to generate narrative and technical writing with a focus on audience;
- Flexible approach to work, able to manage own priorities, workload;
- Ability to work independently or in a project team with excellent problem solving, analytical, writing, and presenting skills;
- Creating and executing wireframes, user flows, and site maps to communicate ideas.
- Experience of internal/external client liaison (e.g. meetings, presentations) and management;
