Under the supervision of the Process Leader and/or Head of Process

Department, process design engineering activities on projects

(conceptual, feasibility, FEED and detailed design) and proposals:

- Preparation of process simulations;
- Preparation of Heat & Material Balance and Utility Balance;
- Preparation of process drawings (PFD, MSD, P&ID);
- Preparation of calculation notes for equipment & instruments

(vessels, pumps, control valves, PSVs, etc.);
- Preparation of Process Data Sheets for Equipment;
- Line size calculation and preparation of Line List;
- Hydraulics calculation (pressure drop);
- Flare & Blowdown calculation;
- Preparation of Cause & Effect Charts;
- Preparation of Technical Note / Description (Process Description,

Control Narrative, Operating Manuals, etc.).

**Professional skills expected**
Experience in Process design in the Oil & Gas industry, and especially

in utilty systems design and offsites.

Knowledge in LNG is a plus (utility systems for LNG liquefaction

plants).

**Experience**
6/8 years of experience in oil & gas industry as process engineer

**Softwares**
Intermediate skills in process simulator are required (HYSYS or

equivalent).

Basic skills in dynamic simulation is a plus.

Basic skills in hydraulic simulation software is a plus.
