**Purpose of the position**

In the context of the Group Supply Chain transformation, Ipsen has launched several initiatives to re-engineer its supply chain management processes and redeployed its systems.

As a part of Ipsen strategy, Global Supply Chain needs to support fast & efficient integration of external entities and make sure those new activities are managed following Ipsen standards / systems & processes.

This position aims at supporting the current usage of our processes and systems and support the development of our new businesses by ensuring the continuous alignment between existing / future processes and systems on the supply chain domain.

- Analytics

**Main responsibilities and tasks**

Within Global Supply Chain Process & Systems team, be the functional owner of 2 strategic information systems: Kinaxis’ Rapid Response and SAP. Ensure the overall consistency between business requests and processes in place and follow up jointly with IT team.

**Processes & Systems owner**
- Establish the Community of practice organization linking global & local functions, commercial affiliates / production sites / IT & share best practices.
- Facilitate the communication between IT Centers of excellence and business teams.
- Work closely with the Centers of excellence to ensure their teams deliver projects and bug fixing tickets on time and in full.
- Monitor usage.

**Prepare the future. Project Manager & Subject Matter Export**
- Support the worldwide deployment of supply chain planning and execution processes.
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to project teams.
- Lead improvement projects on processes and systems
- Lead solution upgrade projects to continuously tailor the systems to business needs.
- Facilitate Change Management

**Ensure GxP Compliance**

**Experience / Qualifications**
- Master’s degree level graduate or postgraduate in IT or Supply Chain
- 3 years’ experience
- As a minimum, implementation of SAP (MM, WM, SD) and or Rapid Response
- Leading business specifications, functional design, integration, or support
- Strong SAP user experience.
- Rapid Response user experience is an advantage.
- Transformation and process improvement skills:

- Capable to understand, challenge and synthetize multiple points of view.
- Good communication skills, capable to influence business and IT decisions.
- Hands on, problem solver and “can do” attitude.
- Motivated team worker, enthusiast and reliable.
- Project management skills: planning, project organization and tools
- Financial acumen including a full understanding of how supply chain planning decisions impact the balance sheet and profit & loss.
- Fluent French & English.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical business is an advantage.
