**Le rôle**:
Tu intégreras l'équipe Marketing et contribueras activement à coordonner et exécuter les initiatives marketing afin de soutenir les objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.

Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec toutes les équipes marketing (Growth, Communication, et Design).

Tu auras pour référent direct, Régis le responsable de l’équipe Marketing et Camille notre Chief Marketing Officer.

**Tes missions**:

- Assister dans la création et la distribution de contenu marketing (comme des guides, des ressources, des simulateurs, des infographies) à destination des professionnels de la beauté.
- Assister dans la création de campagnes publicitaires à destination des professionnels de la beauté.
- Assister à la mise en place d’optimisation sur le site web Planity et sur les landing pages à destination des professionnels de la beauté
- Créer des rapports sur les performances des campagnes et recommander des améliorations.
- Coordonner la mise en place de campagnes marketing en collaboration avec des marques partenaires et surveiller leur performance.

**Le profil qu’on recherche**:

- Tu as de solides compétences en communication et tu es capable de représenter efficacement la marque PLANITY.
- Tu es capable de penser de manière stratégique, et tu es plein d'idées pour soutenir les efforts de marketing.
- Tu as un esprit analytique et es familier avec les métriques clés de performance marketing.
- Tu es organisé(e), capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, et un véritable team player.
- Tu connais bien Microsoft Excel et les tableaux croisés dynamiques
- Tous nos postes sont ouverts aux personnes en situation de handicap_
- Tu comprends des termes tels que ROI, A/B testing, génération de leads, et tu es à l’aise avec les outils d’analyse de données et Excel.
- Tu as de l’expérience avec des outils de marketing tels que Mailchimp, Squarespace, Google Analytics, etc.
- Tu es proactif(ve) et doté(e) d'un esprit entrepreneurial avec un fort désir de contribuer au succès de l'entreprise.
