DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Coordinator FR & BENELUX will provide essential support for shopper marketing, events, and general marketing operations to ensure flawless execution and team efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for events and activations, coordinating vendors and managing on-site execution.
  • Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Assist in planning and executing shopper marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Manage marketing calendars, track project timelines, and maintain organized documentation for all campaigns.
  • Support reporting and analysis of campaign performance, compiling data and insights for internal reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or support roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
  • Passion for fitness, lifestyle, and culture, aligned with the "Live Fit" ethos.
