**JOB PURPOSE**
Service Specialists work closely with the customer throughout the commissioning cycle. They are responsible for the installation and testing of manufactured instruments, as well as troubleshooting and maintenance of the equipment.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (Other duties may be assigned**
- Works closely with Core Lab Instrument Manufacturing or directly Sanchez Technologies CLI Engineering in the design and testing of manufactured instruments (20%)
- Helps in the training of Train customers in the operation of manufactured instruments (10%)
- Tests instruments prior to shipping to the customer according to required specifications from the client and agreed scope of supply with the guidance of engineering personnel or more senior Service Specialists (20%)
- Helps and performs troubleshooting of manufactured instruments (15%)
- Helps and performs in the maintenance of manufactured instruments at the customer’s location (15%)
- Works closely with customers throughout the installation, training, and commissioning of manufactured instruments (20%)

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university or associate degree from two-year school, and 3 plus years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**

This position is considered MEDIUM work.
