We believe the job is open for

We don’t need a payment background profile, we prefer people with potential, open-minded people with a critical mind, able to understand the problems of our users (merchants and cardholders) and also needs from various teams; challenge our current processes and bring product at the next level.
The payment team is part of the product team so you will join a team of 15 people with a common mission : create a fulfilling working world.
In the payment team you will take care of payment operations and specially ensure that every user with a Swile card can pay wherever they need respecting the regulatory context.
This means to work with various team members and stakeholders, both inside and outside the company to:
- 1 - Understand for each of our new product where the user may want and is allowed to pay
- 2 - Continue to grow our acceptance networks involving data team, engineering team and manual process
- 3 - Unrisk acceptance networks per program with legal & compliance team by building & following the right KPIs
- 4 - Provide the best user experience relative to payments
- 5 - Consolidate our relationship with dedicated partners (schemes, POS manufacturers, acquirers, etc.)
You will do this by data driven processes, stakeholder feedbacks (business & product), collaborating with engineering, care, compliance and other teams to define the roadmap and implement it effectively.

- You are passionate about new challenges in a technical environment
- You are comfortable with data analysis and have experience using databases & SQL. (Knowing Python or JS is a plus)
- You have strong interpersonal skills: able to motivate, inspire and work alongside a variety of people and disciplines
- You are organized, structured and synthetic
- You are committed to high standards of excellence and integrity.
- You have good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
