Head of Consolidation and Norms

**Missions and challenges of the position**:
On an international basis, the Financial Department of AXA Partners, Regulatory and Corporate Finance department, is responsible for managing and controlling all local financial departments in collaboration with the Financial Planning and Analysis Partners teams.

The Consolidation and Norms team is in charge of:

- Preparing the quarterly, half-yearly and annual consolidated accounts of the Group in accordance with IFRS
- Carry out the Solvency 2 Pillar 3 reporting
- Participate to the implementation of new standards
- Keep an eye on new accounting standards and communicate any change

**Main activities of the position**:

- Support the production, validation and analysis of data to fulfil the Company’s reporting obligations in line with the IFRS17 program of the Group
- Assist in producing financial statements that are compliant with IFRS17 requirement for the Company (Simulations and Dry-runs)
- Reconcile IFRS17 reporting figures with other accounting standards such as IFRS 4 or local GAAP
- Assist in interpreting and reconciling Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet accounts that are compliant to IFRS17
- Support the development of quality standards for all accounting, system and reporting processes in IFRS 17
- Help during quarterly closing on S2P3 submission to AXA Group
