Our subsidiary **YATIC** is a digital services company active in the fields of industry, telecommunications, and defense.
Currently, we are looking for a **Mechanical Sensors Engineer** to work for our client, specialize in fields of **Energy.**
**Main responsibilities**:
- Identify manufacturing risks on new products and minimize or eliminate risks using Lean and Six Sigma concepts and tools.
- Help investigate, analyze failure root cause, and implement corrective action for product quality and product yield issues during product launch.
- Keeps abreast of novel technologies, including manufacturing processes and techniques. Continually improves his or her skills to develop innovative and cost-effective products.
- Verifies the design with analytical or finite element models or physical tests and documents the verification test results.
- Design, develops, tests, qualifies, and maintains the mechanical portion of products, meeting product and project requirements.
- Develop and maintains mechanical layouts which may include 3D models using the CAD system, develops and maintains the bill of materials.
- Define test procedures, tests performance. Performs engineering and qualification tests and documents tests results.
- Participate in product industrialization activities, including DfX efforts (Supply Chain, Reliability, Manufacturability, Maintainability).
- Publish accurate status reports, provides timely corrective actions on encountered defects or issues.
**Profile - Experience**
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of work experience in mechanical engineering.
- Fluent in French and English.
**Technical Skills**
- Lean and Six Sigma concepts and tools.
- Mechanical system and electromechanical design.
- Sensor design or implementation.
- Structural analytical and finite element analysis.
- CAD systems and ERP business systems.
**Experience**:
